Who are we?

Humanitarian designers is an “association 1901”, based in La Ciotat, France. The founder is Cédric Fettouche.

<aside> 🔴 Ethics is one of our core values and therefore we want to promote good practices about data privacy. But we are also aware that this is a difficult topic to address as we are not specialists about it. If you want to help us, you can always contact us. We would like to provide comprehensible information about GDPR’s rights and cookies management.

How do we use your data from the onboarding?

1. Tally

When you click on “Join our Slack”, you are transferred to a platform called Tally.

2. Notion

Once you submitted your answers from the survey, your data is automatically sent to Notion.

3. Zapier & Mailchimp

Your data from Tally is also transferred to Mailchimp by using Zapier.

When Mailchimp receives this data, it automatically sends you one confirmation email containing all the useful links for your good onboarding.

The admin team of Humanitarian Designers may use your email for administrative purposes. It may include sending the invitation to the General Assembly, or reaching out to you as a member of the Humanitarian Designers community.

4. Zcal

At the end of the survey, you may be invited to join our onboarding call (Group call or 1:1 call). The registration is handled by Zcal.
